Hosted by DWELL44 in partnership with Acucraft, join us for Specifying a Custom Fireplace – an AIA-approved CEU offering 1.0 LU/HSU/SD credit. This course provides a comprehensive overview of custom fireplace specification, including fireplace styles, ideal placement considerations, burner types, media options, and available accessories. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how these elements come together to support both design intent and performance requirements.
The session concludes with a detailed walkthrough of the specification process, including key documentation, technical drawings, submittal requirements, and coordination details needed to ensure a successful custom fireplace installation from concept through completion.
